Care at all-time is devoted to the individual changing needs of the resident. Individual care plans are drawn up by the clinical manager and agreed with the resident detailing the type of care a resident will receive. Care plans to reviewed on a regular basis.Our resident rooms are equipped with all modern facilities (telephone, nurse call system & television). They provide secure and comfortable hospitality and comfort in a professionally managed setting. We offer a choice of television rooms, will lounges as well as family rooms for quieter moments: reading newspapers or books or simply chatting with friends.
Laundry, resident personal laundry excluding dry-cleaning is handled by our own in-house laundry team.
We appreciate the importance of good nutrition for residents, those in post-operative care and those in long-term care. That's why the our nursing plan ensures a well-balanced, healthy diet. Our professional catering teams design menus to meet standards for nutrition, food variety and quality. There is a choice of meals each day, all appetising and attractively presented.
Canford healthcare activitiesFull programme of activities are available in each home, residents are encouraged to pursue their hobbies and join in games and enjoy a regular day trips. We believe activities are an important part of the social network of our Homes.
